You grant mindbendne a non-exclusive, revocable license to use submitted content solely for purposes of performing requested services, maintaining records, and complying with legal obligations.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you supply. mindbendne is not responsible for disputes arising from incorrect, forged, or unlawfully obtained materials.
Requests to remove user-provided content will be treated in accordance with legal requirements and our record retention policies; certain notarization records must be retained by law and cannot be deleted on request.
Intellectual Property

Refunds for paid services are processed in accordance with the terms stated in engagement letters. Refunds are available where services have not been performed and no irreversible action has been taken; handling fees may apply.
Clients may cancel scheduled services within the timeframe specified in their booking confirmation. Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
Applicable taxes and governmental fees are the responsibility of the client and will be itemized in billing where required by law.
Mindbendne reserves the right to adjust fees for services; changes will not affect confirmed appointments without notice where payment has been received.
Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of further services and potential recovery actions to collect outstanding amounts.

Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the engagement confirmation. Termination does not relieve the client of obligations to pay for services rendered prior to termination.
Upon termination, mindbendne will return original documents where appropriate and retain copies as required by law. Outstanding fees remain payable and we may retain work product until balances are settled consistent with applicable retention rules.
Privacy and Data Protection

Communications
